I was referring to an image I attempted to link in my response, which was the second one in your post. Sorry for the messy language used, it happens.

I lost my only pet a few months ago. A cat that lived a long time outside, but eventually got a growth in his mouth. It was slow, sad. RIP kitty. So I feel your pain, best of luck with that one. I'm a cat person purely because pups can be such a handful.
