Proxyfirewall - fails to load

I've registered it and been trying to get this running on Dell/Vista set up but with out any luck. Windows firewall is on, proxyfirewall is permitted to access the net, the router firewall and ad-ware are both loaded.

It loads on startup, fails returning error code 5 (mostly) or on occasion code 2

I'd like to have this going any help please?

On Windows 7 it did not work for me anymore, on XP it worked fine.
You can try freecap as alternative

Trying Widecap seems Ok but having an issue with storage of chains. I don't want them in the registry but the alternative Widecap.xls doesn't seem to work, but I hope to get there.

Also having the same problem with proxyfirewall on vista, if anyone knows a solution that would be greatly appreciated.

proxyfirewall doesn't work by december both on XPSP3 and most recent OS, time to change

Do you mean 'as of december' and do you know if it will be updated?

I know that I have registered more accounts with them and all applications proxy-managed by ProxyFirewall crash at once. I asked for support but no answer.
I have bought a VPN and feel good now.
