it was possible to use ProxyDroid with a rooted BlueStacks emulator to route the emulator's network traffic through a proxy server. By rooting BlueStacks, you gain administrative access to the Android operating system within the emulator, allowing you to make advanced configurations like using ProxyDroid.

I don't think this is good idea to use proxydroid with a rooted emulator. It is still installed on another operating system and there could be many chances of DNS leaks. You can give it a try and test properly if it works fine.
Am about to rooted to my android 12 I hope webrtc doesn’t leak on rooted android phone
