ProxyCap Best Alternative??

I have used this tool on trial and i would like to buy it but I cannot its showing an error... I am looking for best alternative for this tool I'm asking to my fellow IM'ers..

The main reason I want this tool was you can proxify an specific software without totally changing your IP address in general unlike vpn's.

Please suggest a good one... thanks
