If you can't Use VPN, then I suggest antidetect browser which is a tool based on popular web browsers and designed to conceal a user's actual digital identity and make it more difficult for websites to track them.

Maybe you can try with Some Anti detect Browser.

You can set up a residential vpn on your Android phone to solve the problem.

use dedicated mobile proxy - apps detect emulators and weak proxies. Also, check your emulator if it leaks data like device fingerprints—tweaking settings or use a better emulator if it does.
