Could be either:
Your proxy is being used by other people for the same service and collectively you guys are reaching the per IP request limit.
or:
You are using some kind of fingerprint spoofing plugin which completely randomises your fingerprint instead of changing a part of it. Because your spoofed fingerprint is completely unique, the service you are trying to access flags you and shows captcha.

That means the proxies are being used by other people, who send terrible number of similar requests.

This is the case with most residential proxy providers that are charging you based on bandwidth.
