I'd stick to 1-3 per proxy. Seems like some people have been getting away with 5 per proxy, but I would highly advise against that.
 
Depends on if you want to take the risk: I use 1 account per 1 proxy.
 
i have added 3 accounts ( 3 insta + 3 twitter + 3 pinterest + 3 linkedin + 3 tumblr ) to the proxy I got from this giveaway everything fine till now. It may depend on the speed of your botting as well.
 
I am testing it myself, 1 per proxy. I want to see if I can post through it :). That would be insane!

Nowadays the best way is 1 proxy = 1 account
