Am I reading this wrong or is this a bit of an oxymoron? The whole point of using a proxy to send bulk-mail is to hide your "local" IP address no? Maybe I'm misunderstanding here but I don't think you'd want to use your local host for anything like that ever. If you're going to bulk mail, depending on the method you're going to need quite a few proxies, and if you plan on sending through SMTP good luck on finding port 25 enabled providers. I wouldn't do any bulk sending from your local pc, that's just asking to get owned.
