proxy while creating mass emails?

i have a mass email creating bot... what i need now is to assign proxys....
someone please guide me step by step on where to get the proxies and how much it will cost me.. i want to make thousands of emails...

basically for Sending mails you will need SMTP enabled Proxies you can Google about it who provide and reliable as well and Serach BHW sale section as well

bhw users dont sell smtp proxies . last i heard its not
allowed. so he wont find any here
