Proxy/VPN service with good presence in The Netherlands

Can anyone recommend a good proxy or VPN service with which I can perform several webscrapes using rotating Dutch IP adresses?

I would require a minimum of 30 Dutch IP addresses to rotate through. The intended use would not be very data intensive (max. several GB per month), so bandwidth is not really an issue. Good response times would be preferable, but not a necessity.

My budget isn't exactly limitless so services of over 100 dollar per month are not really an option.

A quick update, I still have not really found a service that completely fits my needs. Most services have trouble providing Dutch proxies only, and the ones that can deliver such a service are relatively expensive.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?
