Proxy và VPS?

I'm quite confused about the difference between Proxy and VPS?

Proxy help you hide your real IP address when accessing the internet, protecting your privacy and anonymity. A VPS allows you to have complete access and control as a physical server, including operating system installation, applications, and configuration.

VPS - Virtual Private Server, it can change your OS, browser, system parameter. And proxy can change your IP address
