Hello for you an US proxy with 2 Mb/s, is too slow?
I need for swipe on dating apps for my models.

Other is Included 200 Threads. I don't know what mean for threads.

2 mbps should be fine.
Threads are the number of simultan connections.

if i's 2mbps then it is not fine. A decent mobile proxy is 10..20mbps. (megaBIT/s)
If it is 2MB/s then it is fine.(megaBYTE/s)
