Proxy Tools: Lets collect list of working proxies.

I (and perhaps we all ) need a list of working proxy IPs time to time.
So lets share all our tools and resources to get the lists of working proxies anytime.

The best one I have found till yet is
proxy-list.org

Its checks the proxies after every two mins. The best part is that you can download the full list anytime.

This site has really helped me to feed my tools with proxies.

If you have any other tools/resources to contribute for the purpose, feel free to share here.

here is an essential tool to put your proxy list into

h**p://proxy-firewall.com


it is a free tool that you run from your computer, you can switch proxies as often as you want. it works like a normal firewall, so anything that asks for internet access you can use a proxy on.......
 
I have a list of about 3000+ proxies somewhere on my hard drive. I'll look for them and upload them.
 
I could post up fresh lists every day if you guys are really interested.

Thanks for the great tool. However it is very funny, when I am visiting the above link to the download page while using Firefox with Torbutton set to "Tor Enabled" and with the User Agent Switcher extension , the page displays:

You are visiting us from France (FR)
You are in or close to Roubaix Nord-Pas-de-Calais

Your location can be seen, because your Firewall is not hiding your IP address

Until you hide your ip address, anyone on the net can see the personal information shown below

Your IP Address : 91.121.102.64
Your Country : France (FR)
Your City : Roubaix Nord-Pas-de-Calais
Domain Name : (gpftor3.privacyfoundation.de)
Your Latitude : 50.7000
Your Longitude : 3.1667

If you were using ProxyFirewall, people would not be able to find you, or see the personal connection information above.

LOL, nothing more untrue. I'm not in France, my IP is different, and I don't have any Opera browser on my computer.

Thanks again, sometimes I need an alternative proxy tool as that one you've shared, which allows me to select manually the proxy I want (Tor changes the IP automatically almost each minute, which is not always what I want).

That would be a really valuable contribution to the BHW community.
From the thousands of members there will be at least a few hundreds really interested for sure.

Bad news for Vista and/or AVG users:

DOES NOT WORK ON Vista and if you are using AVG it may have proxy auto detect problems.

That's why it's good to have more than one OS on your PC. ;)

Here is a free Proxy Manager that works great, and doesn't require signup. It runs in the background. You can have it scrape/rotate proxies for as long as you want.
