Proxy to hide my identity?

Hello everyone..
I am posting a thread for help. due my IP address most of sites block to access and creating account on them. so any one suggest me some proxy server that hide my complete identity without affecting my browsing speed. I would like to buy it but before purchasing I like to test it, that it will fulfilling my requirement or not.
