There's a firefox plugin for this!! It works pretty sweet!!
 
Try this one hide my ass proxy list URL http://www.hidemyass.com/proxy-list/, install firefox plugin or put the manually setting setup : Explorer => Internet Properties => Connection => LAN setting => Proxy Server = Put IP and Port then enjoy.

Thanks mseostrategy,

I've used HMA in the past, and this is not quite what I am looking for. I don't want to have to run FF either if I can avoid it.

I need a stand alone product that changes the system proxy according to some schedule that I can define. I know one can do things manually with IE, but that's the point, not to do this manually.

I'm sure some one must have done this.

how do you know that a private proxy service will be completely anonymous and not keep your info or give other parties backdoors to your IP?
