Free ones are usually worthless, think you can get paid ones for like $8 per month

Scrapebox and GSA can scrape proxies but they won't be worth it for too long because they are public procies. Private proxies are best for fast results. Instantproxies.com is a good source for getting private proxies at a reasonable price.
