hello i am looking for software like 911 except sockescort
where i can get cheap residential proxy with city, state or zip filter and isp selection
and they also have huge database and frequant update like 911

anyone please suggest me some good alternative
tried sockescort proxies are not good like 911

Why don't you post in the "Want to Buy" section along with your requirements/budget so sellers aligning with your needs can readily ping you? It is always a logical step to go for a trial before fully investing in the proxy. That should save you from misrepresenting services/proxies.

what's the issue with sockescort? Exploring also options after 911 got shut down
 
just connection issue i have put bluestack in ignore list tried to connect sockdroid with my localhost ip and port from sockescort but its not connecting

yes, they are gone as of today. No real alternatives to them. Can't work with rotating IP's.

I don't really know if there is a good alternative for 911 and just works like it
 
Sockescort proxy is so bad don't even waste your breath to trial, limited proxies for a month, they have no refund policy and their US proxies are not even manageable
