Proxy service help? I'm confused on what I need.

I'm trying to start my own proxy service, I need a site that's like proxies.online, preferably with more countries and less price per GB?
Also, is there any easier way then using this site? If so can someone point me to the right direction on how to get my own proxy service setup?
(yes I used search but the search does not bring up anything relevant with the keywords I searched.)

Do you want to sell proxies? If so I guess your knowledge in web creation should be enought to do so.
