My advice is to look for providers that offer some sort of sticky sessions (which means your proxies won't rotate on every request, but on every 5, 10 or 30 minute period).

And check with the provider if they have Canada proxies under management.

They are more expensive than private proxies, but they have a smaller failure/banning rate.

So, in the end, it depends on what you are willing to sacrifice (money or your accounts).
