Proxy Server

Please, I am trying to build a transparent proxy server on my network but I need some informations...

My ISP provides me internet with Dynamic IP.
In order to build a proxy server should I have a static IP or even dynamic IP is OK?

Second, how can I proxy my own IP?
How can I configure the outgoing on squid in order to hide my own IP?

the thing you said is not possible with your ISP IP as you are end user of it and also it's dynamic.

You will need static and IP from any Datacenter to get worked

OR

Better buy some private proxy to get rid of that trouble.
