I need proxies (IPs) from my country for doing certain tasks. Since its a small, uninterested country, unfortunately proxies do not exist here (I cannot buy proxies with IPs from my country).
So I'm thinking making "my own solution for that" via following: My family members and friends would install a solution/app/whatever on their mobile phones that would enable those phones to act as proxy servers. That way I could use such proxies.
So in short:I need someone to develop (if possible that is) such app/solution/whatever for me.
