Proxy Seller who accpets Mastercard?

I don't have paypal and majority required paypal to buy, is there any seller who accept credit cards on web to buy a proxy?

I have searched a lot and didn't find yet. Kindly help!

Thanks for your advise but paypal is not even available in my country. I have made a fake paypal account and withdraw from my fiverr but now paypal is asking to verify first. To verify it i again need a paypal to buy VCC, lol
