Proxy Seller and their hidden term and conditions

Hi Guys,
I am now very disappointed with "proxy for sale " segment.
What I found:-
1- they advertise for Sprint but giving cogent proxies and some are offering well known DC proxies as residential
2- Most of provider is not replying either in discord or in telegram . They lose interest in selling . I messaged more than 10 and some of them did not replier over 3 to 5 days
3- Some Encourage to buy and after purchase they are telling term and condition like you can not swap but advertise that we will swap until you will get working
