Proxy scraper can i use it?

I have a proxy scraper someone gave it to me the problem is out of 100 proxy`s 20 are only good. My question is can i use this proxy scraper with the good proxy`s. OR does my Fake FB accounts risk of getting blocked and i should be cheap on 10$ a month for 10 proxy`s?
