Proxy rotation?

Hi

Need to ask some people here due to more experience in proxies then me

I need a good proxy supplier that offer ip rotation.
All proxies must be of high quality (Elite). No trace for anyone to know that i am behind a proxy.
I want the rotation to happen every month, so new proxies every month.

I want 100-200 proxies.

Or do you guys have a better idea for me?

Is the proxy below elite enough for you? Unlisted of course.

you have 3 choices --- public proxies --- but 200 wont last a month
due to the death rate .......

shared proxies at 35 cents each --- 200x35cents
or full private proxies 200 would cost a few hundred $
those are your options

Few hundred is not a problem, but its has to be good. Any good seller of private proxies you know off?
