Proxy rotation keeping email acocunts active - How Often?

Tried posting in Email Marketing, but no repsonse. Can anyone help with the below questions?


I appoligize if this has been answered but I did search and did not find the answer. So, I realize many of the ISP's have pretty strict limits as to how many accounts can be created from a given IP in a given time.

So first question In know something like 15 per IP may be a limitation but is that fro 5 minutes, 60 minutes, 24 hours...? How often can you rotate back?

Also, and more importantly once they are created how often do IP's need to be rotated when logging in to these accounts?

What kind of email accounts are you talking about? If they are free, web-based (such as Yahoo/Gmail/etc) then your ISP has little to do with this. Please can you clarify?
