How often should you rotate proxies when doing automated account creation?

It depends on how long you would normally create one. It's best not to do it so fast, since it'll definitely get flagged. I usually set it at every 20 - 30 minutes. I tried lessen it before but it's giving me a headache.

Depends on which site - but usually residential proxies are used for account creation, and they usually have a session time (10-30 mins), so they'll rotate automatically

Usually the sign up process should take a couple minutes at most so 5-10 minutes is generally fine

im using mobile proxies and I set it to be about 10minutes. I think any faster than that could be flagged as suspicious activity.

Speaking as an operator, rotating every 1 minute usually works at first but soon causes disconnects or session drops. That’s because mobile networks and modems need a bit of time to re-establish a stable data session and new IP from the carrier. Too-frequent resets overload the connection manager and trigger carrier-side rate limits. From experience, 5 minutes or longer gives the modem time to register cleanly and keeps both IP rotation and connection quality stable.

I would just rotate every account, or at least every couple. Reusing the same IP too much is usually what gets things flagged, so fresh IP is much safer in my own opinion.
