It seems a lot of people tell me what type of proxy to buy, pointing me to the marketplace, but not exactly where from, who offers a good quality?
What I need, and could not yet find, is the exact service provider that has this:
- static 4G
- static residential
- private
- not detectable as proxy or VPN
- not blacklisted anywhere
- from US
- under $50 per month
Because you see this? This is not good:
And frankly I don't think this exists, so not sure about all this comments like "oh search on the internet, there are many"
What am I supposed to do? Buy them all 1 by 1 and try? Cause so far I kinda did that, and I found nothing good.

Maybe because static 4G proxies do not exist? Cannot believe that people recommend this.
You can try to find a 4G proxy, and for your use it would be best if it doesn't rotate in a crazy way.

Indeed.
But if it rotates more than once per week - that's a no go for me.
I mean, if I would be Stripe and I would see a business user connecting only from mobile every day with a different IP, different location, I'd definitely raise a red flag.

Mobile proxies rotate, if you want or not. In real life you will NEVER keep the same IP for a week. I have/make my own mobile proxies. I can force a new IP by disconnecting from the network and connecting again. With some proxies, depending on how I use them, I do this every 5 minutes.
But even if I do not do this I will get a new IP several times a day. Of course this will also depend on the mobile network. But with mobile you will not keep the same IP for a week. NEVER.
I feel like you have the wrong idea about what is considered a "red flag". It is normal to have a new mobile IP every time you login to Stripe.

Of course, 4g proxies are rotating, totally understandable.
But again, if I would be Stripe and see my user connecting ONLY from mobile, uploading documents, etc. only from mobile - that's fishy. This is a business, with clients, getting paid - I'd expect at least some of the accesses to be from a business IP, or at least a residential IP. And definitely not a new location every time.

Business IP's ? Do you mean datacentre? I would avoid that completely, because these are almost always VPN's. And they know that. Paypal does see this, I experienced that myself.
If you are afraid of mobile IP's you should forget about them and focus on residential.
But 99% of the residential IP's you can get also rotate. And a rotating residential IP will have a new address every time. For me that looks much more notable than a changing mobile IP from the same provider that doesn't have an physical address.

No, datacenter IP is not the same as a static business IP. There are business IPs provided by ISPs, for business offices, which are usually more expensive than your average home packages.
And regarding the 4G rotation - no, they don't have addresses, but they have at least city locations - and after rotation I get to be in a new city every time maybe.
So then there's no solution for me?

In that case a business IP is a residential IP. These IP's identify with the name of a provider known for providing internet packages.
You're trying to mess things up. This is rarely without danger. But I think a mobile proxy is your best option.
Unless you know a real person in the US, with home internet, who is willing to provide you with access to a Raspberry or so providing you a proxy. Only that way you will have a real residential IP that doesn't rotate (often).

But there is a chance that you worry too much.
My experience with Paypal: If you make a new account on a datacentre IP you can be 100% sure that you will get problems. But....
I travel a lot and sometimes I spend months abroad. When I do that I always use a proxy, a selfmade one on a datacentre IP in a different country than my home country. I use that proxy for everything, Paypal, Stripe, Facebook etc. Never had problems.

Actually I've made paypal accounts on datacenter RDPs (and always accessed from the same RDP), which so far I haven't had problems with in the last few months. But then again, they don't get a lot of money in. Maybe it's only after a certain threshold of income or something..
And yes, maybe I worry too much, but these new accounts I'll be making will be critical for my business, and no risk is allowed.

There is quite a big selection on the marketplace. Maybe someone can narrow down which offers are currently best value for the money.

From what I can understand/see, there isn't actually a lot of selection in terms of diversity. They all offer exactly the same things, with exactly the same way of working (e.g. rotating, each 30m, good for scraping).
I wouldn't be surprised if there's a guy there having 30 Jr Vip accounts and multiple copycat sites.

Yeah, but that's like $800/month for 1 IP, without even letting me trying first to see if it's what I need. Is this what the price should be for 1 proxy?

i think the cheapier plan its 500 usd, but yes bro luminati is very good but very expensive, or try a BAM 4G available in your country.

I don't know if you really searched for it, in here alone https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/proxies-for-sale.112/ there are a lot of providers who offer exactly the same you have mentioned.
I am not really sure if i am allowed to post those providers here, but the link i gave you is where i am buying all of my proxies.
