No these type of proxies are not common as they used to be. If you are looking for lists of proxies to send email through then you would have to find a proxy broker who deals with botnetted computers to supply you lists on a daily basis. If you are only looking for a few to play around with then just take all the socks proxies you can find, run them through like dark mailer to test if they relay mail or not. There are a few proxy collecting programs in the download section, I uploaded one of them a few months back.

I run a few scanners usually for standard Socks 5 and HTTP proxies, but I'll modify the settings and try to find you some to work with. I'll let you know Sunday, ya?

I keep rechecking, but I'm only getting 3 or 4 reliable SMTP proxies in the rest of the batch.
Try these though, if you get decent results I'll just ask around on the forum I usually post my other lists to (proxyfire.net) and get someone with better results to work on it.
