Proxy question 4g/ residential

hey I am going to start boting and have been seeing everyone say you should get a 4g or a residential proxy.

my question is do I want to use the same ip with the same account every time I login? or do I want a 4 g proxy that will change every 60 minutes?

or am I not understanding?

Look like this, if you're using your phone, your IP changes naturally several times per day, when you change from mobile data to wifi or vice versa, when you restart phone, travel etc so yes, it's better to have a rotation 4g proxy, 60 mins it's good but you can test whatever. There are sellers that provide random rotation, or fixed rotation, just ask for a trial and decide for yourself

Same IP is more trusted as you don't want a proxy which rotates every Hour, Few rotations are good to go but avoid Proxies with Fast Rotations as IG might get suspicious about it.

oh interesting any advice on time? every 3, 6, hour 12 hours?

Just think as a perspective of a normal user, How many times does a user change it's location in a day which doesn't make it suspicious? Maybe 1-2 times? So in my opinion 6-12 Hours is a good interval to rotate.
 
You would want 3-5 accounts with 1 IP address (this is to save money basically) and rotate the proxy every time you create another set of accounts. If you choose the manual rotation option (this is a feature provided by some proxy providers), which gives you the liberty to rotate your IPs at your own pace, you can get tons of accounts created for botting.

You don’t need to use the same IP address everytime you login, it has no impact. However, you MUST use 4g proxy. These days with residential proxies are over hehe
