Proxy Quality Check?

Hi, I got some Dedicated proxies (the company claims) for test and tested omegle.com, leakforums.net as was said in this thread https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/g...sites-can-tell-if-youre-using-proxies.889469/

Leakforums said the administrator banned ip, omegle said error connecting chat. So, I bet they are not exactly dedicated and private as advertised?

My purpose is google ads and facebook ads. Which proxy company would you recommend based on experience?

Some host also ban proxy in general. Most of time it can be detect u use proxy.
