Lately many of the biggest proxy companies are starting to block access to banking, government, mailing...
Some providers even dare to ask for an ID verification to access to those sites with their proxy.

From all those, LinkedIn stands alone among the restricted social networks. Why do web proxies only block LinkedIn?

I'm not sure that would be, Static Residential Proxies will be unbanned on LinkedIn though for sure

I know there are providers that don't block Linkedin. I'm speaking of WHY, only Linkedin and not any other social network.
Also wondering if it's going to be something that spreads over more providers.

The issue being discussed is about the providers. You can take SmartProxy or others as an example (https://help.smartproxy.com/docs/restricted-targets)

I know vendors that works for Linkedin.
You can try Static Dedicated Residential or Dedicated ips.

Are you not it’s not these website detecting your proxies?

I don't think all of them but seems is more about legal and integrity reasons since you do not what the proxy will be used and if is flagged for a goverment site that IP will be flagged as suspicious to every other site IP is useless now and depending in how they get those IP could be expensive renewinig that,I don't know that is my idea and with the recent ciber attacks all around the world better flagged and restrict that IP to stop them for a while but this is guessing with some paranoid ideas I have  :alien:
