Tor is a bit risky nowadays as someone mentioned.Sorry for asking this, but why not setup up tor and configure it the way you need? I can sure put my hands on that so you almost get unlimited IPs. Thats what I usually do even for some scraping stuff.

For a 'one night stand' with proxies you're better off with TOR
Then go for a private proxy provider.
