Proxy provider with these requirements?

• connect - disconnect - rotate (and start over)
• Unlimited bandwidth
• At least 50 proxies (threads/ports or whatever analogy is used to describe it)
• Private proxies preferbly
• Mobile preferbly
• Tier 1 rotation meaning multiple locations in multiple countries and the ips rotate between these countries instead of just 1 country

This is a little bit custom. I don't think you'll find anything for this spec. But, look for providers that offer you API access and maybe you can built your rotating setup.
