Proxy Problem! pls help

I bought 1 private proxy. After I set it up and fill my username and pass i cant connect to any sites.. Any suggestions how i can fix this i read mosst of the articles here and i follow the steps but nothing, I tried on IE, Chrome and Firefox all give me the same result.

You need to whitelist your own IP for use. Your IP provider will have instructions on how to do this.

Contact with your IP provider. That would be pretty good solution for you.

Your access to the website that you try to view is blocked by the proxy provider, contact him and ask to enable your access to that website that you want to browse with the proxy

Contact provider, his proxy might be shit or scam you since you bought only 1 lol
