Proxy problem how to solve

I have tool that auto comment and like on facebook.
And here is the problem this tool requiring only ip address proxy but i have 5K account unable to buy 5K ip address proxy.
Rotating GB usage proxy seller always gives like http:/smarproxy.com:2001:idass
and tool cannot accept " http:/smarproxy.com" this part how to solve this is ther any seller gives unlimited ip address and pay GB usage?
