I have a proxy farm at my place and I have all the dongles and everything. The problem I am having is that I can't port forward (I can use my proxies outside my local network). I have DMZ enabled but still I cannot connect to my proxies outside of my local network. I have a ShawBlue Curve modem/router (Canadian company). I also have secrity camera at my place and I can access those cameras wherever I go, so i know that port forwarding does work but it wont work for my proxy setuup, can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

So you didn't tell what you were doing, and we can't tell you what you were doing wrong.

What ports are forwarded?
Lan ip is correct?
Isp doesn't block the ports?

my bad, I am very inexperienced in this field. I am trying to use them for my Instagram accounts, so I ended up buying the hardware for it. I am using ports 4001 and 5001 ( All i know is 4000 is Https and 5000 is Socks). I dont know if my ISP has blocked those ports. I did enable dmz to allow them and also I had opened these ports in port forwarding but still no connection. So i guess I will have to contact my internet provider to get those ports open for me?

ISP in 99% will bounce you. They will tell to reboot the router I guarantee it.
So It can fail on multiple steps:
1. ISP blocked the ports
2. You misconfigured the router
3. Your local server doesn't accept connections
it is very hard to diagnose these in a forum post. Hire a freelancer-network-technician and they will help.

Did you find a solution to connect to your proxies outside of your local network.

I bought the hardware and follow some guide but im stuck

You need a dedicated static ip line. I get them feom some of my lines providers. Hard to get them. Other option is reverse dns. Other than that wireguard bypass may work. But I havent tried it.

But mobile proxies don't sell I tried this for over a year, and nobody can sell proxies as low as me. It was a total flop, no demand.
