Proxy plan for SEO induced Multiple Personality Disorder

I....uh we....have decided that dropping good tier 1 links requires maintaining multiple persona on various sites.

Since we want to maintain those aliases for a long time as much will be invested in them, we can't risk those sites getting wise to our IP addresses or our moving IP addresses now or in the future.

Our questions then are "How do we manage our SEO induced Dissociative Identity Disorder?":

1. What browser/plugins/software will help us switch identities and proxies to the same proxy over the years?
   1. (I have used HMA and UBot for something similar before)
2. What is the right source of such proxies?
   1. (We in SEO are accustomed to rotating proxies and also to proxies getting tainted NOT stable proxies that won't get tainted.)

Sadly, there are no replies and only 80 or so views. The problem is more complicated than I indicate; it would be nice to use an email client that also uses the right accounts over the right IP.
