Hi
I'm using private proxy, can you tell me what should be good ping? Mine is 200-300 ms, is it good or bad?

Please also tell me does SeoSpyglass shows ping or response time? Or maybe something else?

Basically ms time is depend on your location and server location and if the proxies works good for your purpose then leave those tests if it causing issue then it's something need to get sorted.

Ok thanks for answer, I was just curious how it is.
I'm using massproxy.com proxies and they are really good for my purpose. And indeed i'm far from the server location, but the speed is just fine.
