Here is my situation. I split with my girlfriend and moved out. For now I will be going back and forth between my 2 brothers places until I get my own place in a few months.

Both my brothers and I sell on Ebay and they already log into their accounts from each others PC's and IP addresses when they visit each other. Everything is legit and there has been no problem. But I want to keep my shit separate from theirs with a different IP address and only use my own PC.

I just know the basics about proxies and have never really used them much but I do know they can be slow as hell. So I am kind of leaning toward using a VPN. But I know next to nothing about it.

I really only need it for logging in to paypal and Ebay and maybe a few other accounts and won't be making new accounts with it. But I want to keep the same IP for however long it takes to find my own place. I also want it to be as local as possible to where I actually live so choosing the location of the IP is a must. One of my brothers internet is slow as hell so I don't want to drag it down to where it takes 3 days to load a page.

Was hoping you guys could give me some suggestions on my best alternatives and maybe where to buy at a cheap but reliable place.

Thanks.

Proxy or VPN, doesn't matter in your situation.
Proxy is cheaper.

well you can use proxy and vpn as well .. free proxies and vpn will provide slow speed and private proxies and paid vpn work fast.. so its up to you what you use.. for proxies you can search here on BHW and for VPN you can visit bestvpnservice.com to get the list of worldwide vpn providers ..

Depends, on what do you want to use it.

A single private proxy might be the best solution. Other people may be using the same VPN as you to do stuff on ebay, which isn't ideal.

You could also use a virtual machine with the proxy for all your ebay activity, that way it appears to come from a completely different machine.
