Proxy or vpn

guys I just bought Scrapebox software
I know I have to buy proxies to use it will without any problems
But I have very good vpn at my pc
Can use vpn instead of proxy ?
Or I have to use proxy

Most functions don't require proxies at all.

Posting is the only function that really "requires" proxies and thats to avoid complaints to your ISP, and a VPN is fine for posting. However a VPN only provides 1 ip at a time and when it comes to scraping from search engines for example, its still going to be just as slow as if you didnt have any proxies. Actual proxies allow numerous ips which allows more speed in scraping.

So really a VPN or nothing is fine for most functions, but in some cases a VPN will be slower then proxies.

A VPN is a tool use for privacy and you don't have the control at a granular level, such as when using proxies.

With proxies you can use more than one IP at a time (which a VPN can't really do).

As in the comment above, check if you really need proxies.

And if you do, you can always try free proxies lists first (so you don't have to spend anything).
