Proxy or VPN? If VPN, which VPN should I consider?

I want to change, currently I am using StreamVIA (streamvia[dot]com) but I got that package with only on (UK based) IP. I prefer to have a bunch proxies around the world so I can use them anytime I want. StreamVIA its a bit expensive (check what they have) if you compare to HideMyAss offer.

Still looking for good option - the most important thing for me will be speed and option of having many IPs from different countries.

all big companies will give up your a** if someone twist their arm hard enough :)
 
ibvpn will provide you free trial to test the service before making the payment. ;-)

I use Easy Hide IP VPN software and is working fine. Because HMA has got very popular in the word so its being blocked in many countries like UAE, China, Pakistan, KSA etc.

I don't want to open another thread so this is why i'm posting here. I want to buy a VPN, but i have some questions. I just want to get a UK based IP, just one. I don't need a lot of IP's. Actually if i reniew my IP every time it might be problem for my need. So what am I asking is can I setup UK based VPN to use just one IP and do not reniew IP every time. I still hesitate between HMA and stemvia

you have to know that all ips that HMA its providing are shared and abused by their users, so if you are looking for a vpn to create accounts on some websites, HMA its NOT GOD, cause all their IPS are shared and abused
