when i turn on proxy i can not get my captcha balance credits i dont know my computer problems or proxies
it doesnt solve captcha on BMD and AMR when my proxy on anyone can help me out

Is there a proxy bypass option in your program? You can usually use that to make the proxy ignore "deathbycaptcha.com" or similar.
