Buy private proxies or use tons of public proxies.
You can look to ProxyHarvester ($10 one time) to scrape many fresh public proxies per day.
    Code:
    http://www.rapidformfiller.com/proxyharvester

You can use Proxys Private ou Shared proxys with subscription , if you want no public proxys.

To find public proxys, you can use " ProxyFinder"
    It's a free tool.
After you can use "Charon" to see if they are Ok and If they are anonymous. It takes time

Yes, Charon is good to test Proxies (personally I use ScrapeBoard to test).
But ProxyFinder is a very old program...

Proxy harvester is great, but I hate paying p/m for something. Is there a free or one off fee alternative?

    Old thread...

Use proxies daily provided in Proxy section of BHW :
    Code:
    http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/f103-proxy-lists/
Explore ProxyFire forum to get a bit more :
    Code:
    http://www.proxyfire.net/
To find sources for scraping proxies, try this footprint on Google :
    Code:
    inurl:"/proxyc/engine.php"
Then, choose one result and change in URL "engine.php" by "list.txt".

    These are the simplest ways.
