You can experience it yourself, my personal opinion is that you can download xlogin.i0 and try using netproxy's free proxy, I have been experiencing it, anyone who has used it please give your opinion.
I think I’ve seen some providers offering France mobile proxies, but most of them use monthly subscription models rather than Pay-as-You-Go.
