Proxy Mass Website Visiting

There was a program in Nettools 5.0 (if you want, download here) that was named Mass Website Visitor, tho that program doesnt allows the use of proxies, I wanted to know if there is any program like that (That Actually visits an website for an amount of time you select) working with proxies...

Someone knows?

Thanks in advance, I was thinking in using this option to boost some CPM revenue, and even to boost "views" in some threads.. that way making them more catchy. is this possible?
