Among them you will find a proxy self-autoinstallation script, which is almost 100% automatic. You only need to upload the script to a VPS, run, enter a couple parameters and it will do the rest up until the point, where you have a proxy up and running. All necessary instructions are provided there.
I currently have to keep copying and pasting wget commands on centos/debian for every proxy. Will this help me mass create with user : pass authentication?

Yes this would but the script I linked to is already a bash script, where everything is done for you
