I am planning to buy rotating mobile proxy service so I can promote only fans models on reddit. Does it matter where the proxy connection is located(if the proxy is from USA, Germany, Ukraine, Spain, etc.) for ranking of reddit posts. Since most of the OnlyFans consumers are from USA, I don't want reddit to propel other people posts over mine because I didn't make post from US IP address.

Is reddit favoring posts that are made in USA instead of other countries, for people viewing reddit from USA, like youtube does?

From my experience, the proxy location can matter to some extent, especially for geo-targeted subs or content aimed at US audiences. Reddit doesn’t explicitly favor US IPs, but using a US proxy might align better with user preferences and engagement algorithms. It’s worth testing proxies from different locations to see which drives better results for your niche

From personal experience, the proxy location does not matter for Reddit accounts. You can be located anywhere in the world and as long as you match the subreddit rules, there shouldn't be any issues. I don't even think moderators of a subreddit can see your location. Only way for them to see would be by judging which other subreddits you engage in.

with my expirence - USA/polish

I haven't found location to matter much. The quality of the IP is much more important

I think Reddit doesn't directly rank posts based on location but since you mentioned that OnlyFans consumers are mostly from USA and you're promoting OF, it's a good move to use a USA mobile proxy so you can reach and engage US-based users.

Specifically for Reddit, they don't particularly prioritize post rankings based on the location of your IP unlike YouTube, Google, etc. or at least not to the same extent as the others. While location might have some some sway in region-specific subreddits, the main factors for post vis are user engagements and content relevance. If you’re targeting a US audience, posting from a US proxy might give you more localized interactions, maybe. But yeah, it's mostly the quality and engagement of your posts that matter.
