Does location matter? For example if my target audience is people in France, do i need to use France Proxy?

No, you can have an IP from any country and set your ads to run in that country

When using Google Ads to serve ads to your target audience, you do not need to use a proxy unless you need to verify the performance of your ads. By using a French proxy, you can check how your ads are performing in the proxy location and whether they are reaching the right audience. To ensure the effectiveness of your ads, you should also consider the following factors:

  • Language targeting: Make sure your ads are translated into French and that your website is available in French.
  • Cultural relevance: Adapt your ads and website to the French culture and market.
  • Local payment methods: Ensure that your website accepts common payment methods used in France.

No. If your ad account is solid and there are no problems, you can advertise anywhere.
