Proxy Lists sections, just a simple rule

A simple rule for the proxy lists section that can be really helpful:
when updating the proxy list update the first post with the list and do not post the new list in a new reply.

Good for 2 reason:
- proxy lists threads will be clean
- the ability to use the URL of the thread as proxy source for softwares!
